Risotto with Wild Mushrooms & Truffles

A delightfully delicious Risotto with delicious wild mushrooms and truffles. Friends & Deli has flavoured it with their own mix made from truffles and mushroom powder, as well as chips of dried black truffle and pieces of dried, juicy wild mushrooms.

It really goes just as it is for a main course, starter or as a side dish to just about anything. To get a really deep and nice truffle flavour, you should drizzle one of our natural truffle oils over your Risotto just before serving. Wonderfully luxurious!

We want to make it easy to make a delicious Risotto that is just as suitable for everyday use as it is for parties. They are already seasoned, which, quite simply, means you are more than halfway to a perfect Risotto every time you open a bag.

A bag of Risotto is so easy and quick to cook that all you need is water, a moment at the stove and a little butter/oil. But if you can and want to spend a little extra time cooking, it's just as easy to add a little wine or one of our vinegars as a base for a little extra depth and to grate over parmesan or pecorino for creaminess and flavor.
